Rebecca graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy school in 2015. Lauren has worked exclusively with the Georgina ICE and Humber College with their Varsity Womens Softball Team and within their Varsity Athletic Therapy Clinic, as well as in various York Region Soccer Programs as a Therapist, First Responder, Coach, and Mentor. Working with both Humber’s and Sheridan’s Athletic Therapy Clinics she has appreciated the fact that Athletic Therapy is not only for athletes as everyone puts physical demands on their bodies.
Lauren uses a hollistic approach to rehabilitation, ustilizing components of hands on manual therapy/ massage, therapeutic modalities, as well as stretch and exercise prescription to treat a wide assortment of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

Dr. Sandra grew up in Richmond Hill, Ontario where she played competitive basketball throughout her school years. Her involvement in sport led her to discover the benefit of manual therapy on performance, injury management and overall wellness. Upon her completion of a degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Ottawa, Dr. Sandra obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Erick is an honours graduate from Centennial College where he received his Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2023. He also majored and obtained an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science while studying abroad and playing NJCAA Division II baseball at North Iowa Area Community College in 2015. While still having a love and passion for the sport, Erick looks to remain involved in the athletic community and provide massage therapy treatments for various athletes who are either looking for injury prevention or improvement.
During his education, Erick has experience treating various nerve compression syndromes: Thoracic outlet syndrome, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Piriformis syndrome.
