Michelle is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with over a decade of professional experience in the field of adult mental & emotional health and wellbeing.
Michelle works with all genders and gender identities, though focuses on women’s mental health including perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum), early motherhood, stress, anxiety, anger, depression, motivation and relationships.
Michelle has specialized training in perinatal mental health as well as EFT- couples counselling, DBT, EFT, CBT, and ACT.
Therapeutic approaches are evidence-based, progressive, and tailored to each client.

Dr. Sandra grew up in Richmond Hill, Ontario where she played competitive basketball throughout her school years. Her involvement in sport led her to discover the benefit of manual therapy on performance, injury management and overall wellness. Upon her completion of a degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Ottawa, Dr. Sandra obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She was awarded the Douglas V. Hoskins & Samuel F. Sommacal Award for excellence in clinical proficiency in her graduating year at CMCC. Erick is an honours graduate from Centennial College where he received his Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2023. He also majored and obtained an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science while studying abroad and playing NJCAA Division II baseball at North Iowa Area Community College in 2015. While still having a love and passion for the sport, Erick looks to remain involved in the athletic community and provide massage therapy treatments for various athletes who are either looking for injury prevention or improvement.
During his education, Erick has experience treating various nerve compression syndromes: Thoracic outlet syndrome, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Piriformis syndrome. He’s able to achieve this using various techniques like deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, strain-counter strain and both PNF and PIR stretching. Additionally, Erick also has experience treating TMJ dysfunction via intraoral massage.

Hannah has a passion to understand, grow and journey with individuals as they move through life. She appreciates each person’s unique and meaningful experience. Hannah graduated with a honours B.A. in psychology from York University and received her master’s degree from Tyndale University and has over a decade of experience working with individuals, families and couples.
Her hope and vision in counselling is to join people on their journeys to help them better understand and manage their life circumstances. Her desire is to see individuals experience being encouraged, valued, and having a sense of agency in their lives.
